TRANSITIONAL
LIVING PROGRAM
For Ages 16-21 Years Old

62% of homeless youth indicated that a member
of their family let them know they were unwanted
and are never reported missing by guardians.

The Sea Haven Transitional Living Program is a program that cares about teens and young adults. We provide free opportunities to help 16-21 year olds prepare for life on their own in the form of case management and life skills instruction..

SERVICES
Working with local agencies to provide safe, stable housing
Helping you kick bad habits such as smoking, drinking, or using drugs.
Getting regular check-ups with doctors, dentists, and counselors if necessary.
Help with filling out job applications and interviewing for jobs.
Help with getting your Diploma, GED, Trade Certificate, or College Degree.
Teaching teen moms and dads skills to take care of their child/children.
